Editorial Policy

Assist provides support and resources to lawyers, articling students, law students and dependent family members in Alberta, Canada. We will post resources on this website that are produced by not-for-profit organizations and that, to the greatest extent possible, have Canadian content.

As a registered charity, Assist must conduct its operations in accordance with its objects, approved by the Canada Revenue Agency as part of our registered charity application. We do not post or link to articles that are not directly linked to our objects.

If you require clarification of this policy, please contact executivedirector@lawyersassist.ca. We do not respond to unsolicited requests asking us to post content on our website.
